How do I cancel my service?

There are three pricing packages:
1) Hourly Rate - client is only billed at actual hours used, no cancellation needed.
2) Project Based - client hires Buscheby Consulting for a particular project. Hours involved in the project are predetermined. The project can be cancelled at any time and the client will only be billed for the hours used. 
3) Retainer - client purchases an hours package (set number of hours) upfront at a discounted rate. This time is purchased upfront and is not able to be refunded.
